After School Care
Ribét is pleased to offer an after-school program to help our already time constrained parents. The program is designed to support Ribét's academic program while at the same time encouraging social bonding, leadership and sportsmanship.
The after-school program begins at 3:00pm (12:30 on half days) with a half hour of free play. After burning off a little energy there's time for a healthy snack and choosing an activity. Homework is next on the agenda, program staff are available to help and guide those students who want that attention. After homework it's time for more fun with the chosen activity. Activities are designed to enhance individual skills like self-confidence, communication and teamwork through arts and crafts and physical fun like scavenger hunts. Through working and playing together we will create a sense of belonging through friendships that will last a lifetime! Activity choices vary from day to day and month to month and will be available on the website. After-care is finished at 6:00pm.
Costs:
- Full-time: $200/month (full-time is attendance 4 – 5 days a week)
- Part-time: $10/hour up to a maximum of 4 hours/week.
- Snacks are provided – Happiness is just the cherry on top!
