College Counseling
Ribét Academy is proud to have sent 100% of its graduates on to college since 2003. Our college counselor, Erik Miller, meets with 8th through 12th grade students and their parents to help them plan for college. We want to provide the information you need to:

- Prepare for college
- Start a college search
- Register and prepare for college entrance exams
- Be eligible and accepted at the college of your choice

College Entrance Exams
- Students should plan to take both the ACT and the SAT I Core/ Reasoning Test. Most universities will accept wither exam and many schools will take your highest score on either examination.
- U.C. applicants must also take two SAT II Subject Exams from different subject areas.
- International students who have earned any foreign high school units should plan to take the Test of English as a Foreign Language, required by most universities.
Paying for College
