Mrs. Carol Trufi
About: California native raised in the Los Angeles County South Bay Community of Westchester where the beach was my backyard for sand and surf competitive sports of beach volleyball and outrigger canoeing. I gained my love for teaching young children through regular summers in the Santa Monica Mountains as a day camp counselor, then later Director of the youngest campers experience; ages 4 - 5 year olds, and went on to secure a career in teaching through California State University Northridge. I currently live in a foothill community of the Angeles Crest Forest with my husband of 25 years and have 3 children ages 17, 20 and 23.
