Q: When is the deadline to apply?
A: We currently have open enrollment. Please visit the “How to Apply” tab.

Q: What is the attendance procedure if my student is absent?
A: If it is known that the child will be gone for an extended period (three or more consecutive days) please fill out the Student Absence Request Form in the front office. This form is to be signed by the student’s teachers, parents, and the student.
If the student is not feeling well, please fill out the Absence Note. This will be printed out and placed in the student’s file for records to ensure that if there are any discrepancies our administration can refer back to their file.

Q: Is there any financial aid?
A: Yes, families who need tuition assistance may apply for the Reduction In Tuition Exchange Program. Through the RITE Program, parents may offer goods or services in exchange for a reduction in their tuition.

Q: How old does a student have to be to start in Pre-School? 
A: We start accepting children at the age of 2 1/2 that are fully potty trained.

Q: What are the school hours?
A: Pre-School – Elementary Academic Hours: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM. Middle School & High School Academic Hours – 8:00 AM – 3:15 PM.

Q: Are you a boarding school?
A: No, we are not a boarding school. We have a living facility for those that are from out of the country but do not have a living facility for domestic students.

Q: Can I schedule a tour?
A: Visit the Campus. If you would like you may also call the front office at (323) 344-4330 to schedule a tour.

Q: What is your class ratio?
A: Our class ratio changes every year. Our teacher-to-student ratio is a priority and we work diligently to maintain individualized learning. Our teachers are readily available to help with any academic needs a student requires.

Q: What is the cell phone policy?
A: Our students are not allowed to have any cell phone on campus. If a student takes their phone out in view of any teachers, the cell phone will be confiscated – only to be returned when a parent signs it out in the front office.
