Ribet Scores in top 1% of high schools students in Nation for American Mathematics Competition

Ribet is pleased to announce the top three highest scoring students at the American Mathematics Competitions (AMC). This national competition is organized by the University of Nebraska. It is divided into two categories - AMC 10 and AMC 12. AMC 12 includes all seniors and juniors, and AMC 10 includes freshmen and sophomores. Our top scorer is Jiang “Jeremy” Shenghao, whose score is in the top 1% in the nation. The other two students in this category were in the top 25%. As for our AMC 10 team, their scores were in the top 40% out of all the participants. Please join me in congratulating our talented and hardworking students.

New Scholarship funds available for new qualifying students

Ribet Academy has received a $250,000 monetary gift to be used for new first through twelfth grade student scholarships.In keeping with the holiday spirit, Afrem and Maribel Uygan of Sun Jewelry, grandparents of Ribet fourth grade students Afrem and Marie Uygan, have donated the money to support a scholarship fund for new students at Ribet Academy.
The only requirements for new students are that the new students should have a GPA of 3.2 and exemplify good character. For more info, contact admissions at (323) 344-4330
