Regular Attendance Is Essential For Learning

Regular attendance is critical to your child's education. Disruptions to your child's school attendance can have a significant impact on his or her academic performance. Your child should attend school consistently and should be absent only for illness or emergencies. Please do not schedule extended family vacations during school time.

Please allow up to 5 business days for this to be reflected in their attendance online. If it has already been 5 days since you have submitted a form and it has not been changed in the system - please give the front office a call (323) 344-4330.

Absence/Tardy entered in error?

If your student feels that their absence or tardy was entered in error, please have them speak to the teacher as soon as possible. Teachers are able to correct these within 3 days of occurance. After 3 school days, the student will need to pick up an Absence Clearance Form from the Attendance office to have their teacher sign. Attendance cannot clear these without teacher sign-off.
