The registration shall be valid only when signed below by Parent/Guardian and payment of the registration fee has been made.
A late fee will be charged each month to all accounts that have current balance due beyond the 10th of the month.
A fee will be charged for all checks returned by the bank or invalidated for any reason.
FAILURE TO MEET PAYMENT OBLIGATION MAY RESULT IN ADMINSTRATIVE SUSPENSION, EXEMPTION FROM EXAMINATIONS, DISMISSAL, OR WITHHOLDING FOR TRANSCRIPTS.
THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OF REGISTRATION OR TUITION PAYMENTS. IF A STUDENT ON A PAYMENT PLAN LEAVES BEFORE SCHOOL FINISHES THE PAYMENTS WILL STILL BE REQUIRED TO CONTINUE.

ARBITRATION: All disputes over the terms of this agreement or an incident/accident that occurs on the Ribet campus that cannot be resolved will be submitted to binding arbitration
